Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we are happy to offer you the following options:
- Replacement with the correct product. Shipping charges will be beared by the customer.
- Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice, of equal value.
- Refund of the full amount paid by you after of deductions made by payment gateway, shipping or transportation charges.
To initiate any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at contact@woodyplanet.com , or saimoverseasinfo@gmail.com with images of the product. The customer will have to arrange for a return pick-up. Upon return, the product will undergo a quality check to confirm that the issue is due to our responsibility and not due to misuse or abuse outside our control.
Once the returned product passes our quality check, ensuring it is unused and in its original packaging, the exchange or refund will be processed.
For incomplete products or missing items, the missing parts will be sent after verification.
Didn’t Like the Product or Quality / Size Not as Per Requirement / Changed My Mind
We take pride in the quality of our products, with each item going through a rigorous quality check process. However, being art products, slight variations in appearance and finish may occur. The colors displayed on our website are close to the actual product color, though variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have to return it within 24 hours after the delivery. Please email us within this period to initiate a return. The product will undergo a quality check upon return to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. If the product passes the quality check, an exchange or refund will be processed. Please note that a 15% deduction of the order value will be applied for return shipping costs in case of a refund.
For refunds on prepaid orders, the transaction will be reversed to your original payment method. For COD orders, you’ll need to provide your bank account details to process the refund. Please note that COD Advance Amount and Charges are non-refundable, and only the rest product amount will be refunded. Once we verify the return products refund will be credited to original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. depending on your bank. Ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. All original tags, accessories, and branded packaging must be returned in their original condition.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placed or before start manufacturing at no extra cost. To cancel your order, please call us at +91 9359001892 or email us at contact@woodyplanet.com. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been start manufacturing.
Custom Product Orders
Custom products are created specifically at your request and are not part of our standard product offering. For these orders, COD is not applicable, and they are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. However, they can be fix if the wrong or damaged product is received.
Furniture Products
Orders valued above INR 3,000 fall under the Furniture Product category. For these products, the above return and refund policies do not apply. Furniture products are non-refundable under any circumstances, but defective or damaged items can be replaced. if possible they can be fixed Furniture orders can be canceled within 24 hours; beyond that, cancellation is not possible as these products are made to order. Please note that furniture products may take additional time to ship due to their size and nature. Shipping time will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
